Permission by Estonian Rescue Service
25.09.09 the permission for ammonia transshipment complex operation was issued by Estonian Rescue Service.
Permission by Department of Environment
14.09.09 the permission for AS BCT ammonia facilities operation was issued by Department of Environment.
Permission for AS BCT ammonia tanks use
11.09.09 the permission for AS BCT ammonia tanks use was issued by Tax and Customs Department.
Dredging and cleaning works performed
After dredging and cleaning works performed in september 2008 in the Port of Sillamae, depth in front of AS BCT quay is 13,0 m at Kronstadt zero. This condition allows loading the vessels with DWT 40 000 tons.
The first vessel
The first vessel has been loaded with 20 048 tons of UAN.
